Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation, plan changes, and refund policies for Fact0 SaaS platforms.

1. Subscription Billing

Fact0 offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle selected at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms unless you cancel it or we change the pricing with appropriate notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Fact0 subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings under the 'Billing' section.

Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active with full access to its features until the end of your current billing period. No further recurring charges will be made to your payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the availability of a robust free tier (allowing 30,000 free audit events per month) to fully evaluate the platform, all paid plans are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or unused capacity. If you believe there was a billing error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of the charge, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pricing and Plan Modifications

Fact0 reserves the right to modify subscription fees or change plan limits. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any pricing changes via email or dashboard notifications, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rates take effect.
